Conversation

Listening, taking turns, tone of voice, appropriate questions, “please/thank you”.

Table manners

Basic rules, simple habits, respect for others, everyday etiquette.

In public & at school

Respecting others’ space, asking for help, handling conflicts calmly.

Confidence & posture

Posture, eye contact, speaking clearly — no pressure, at each child’s pace.

Practical exercises

Role-play and real scenarios (visits, birthdays, restaurants, meeting others).
